Programme Accounts Assistant [NCCTC, Pune]
IMaCS is a consulting firm with more than 15 years of experience in executing consulting assignments across diverse sectors in India and overseas. IMaCS has been engaged by a UN Agency to provide Technical financial and human resource support to various programmes and operation. In this regard, IMaCS invites applications from qualified candidates for the position of Programme Accounts Assistant [NCCTC, Pune] based at Pune.

Major Tasks:-
Tasks – Managerial
Planning
o    Plan cash and payments as per training and testing schedules.
o    Plan disbursements to participants in consultation with Sr. Consultant-NCCTC and Consultant-Technical Training.
o    Plan scheduled audit of accounts in consultation with Sr. Consultant-NCCTC.

Coordination
o    Coordinate with Sr. Consultant-NCCTC, Consultant-Technical Testing and Research, Consultant-Technical Training and Consultant – Facility management for schedule of funds flow based on training, testing and event calendar finalized/ updated.
o    Coordinate with service providers for clarifications, quotations, timely payment as approved and signed by concerned budget manager.
o    Coordinate with MoHFW, NIHFW, State Govt and partners for funds/ expenditure reporting and refunds.

Monitoring and Evaluation
o    Monitor fund flow, accounting and documentation as well as petty cash accounts on regular basis.
o    Monitor bank statements and its correctness as per NCCTC accounts.
o    Monitor expenses vs. budgets as well as statement of accounts for reference of DD-HS (SHTO) and Sr. Consultant-NCCTC.
Tasks - Technical
o    Develop SoPS with relevant formats for accounting, including quotations, comparative bid analysis, procurements, petty cash release, disbursement to participants, reimbursements against expenditure, travel bills / settlement of advance etc.
o    Develop accounting system and documentation/ filing system that is easily accessible when needed for references and cross verification.
o    Manage petty cash and its accounting on daily basis.
Tasks – Others

    Any other task that may be assigned from time to time

Qualification and Experience:
-          Graduate degree in commerce.
-          Essential- Over 3 years’ experience in managing accounts, bank transactions and petty cash operations, preferably in a training/ educational institute.
-          Essential - Experience in developing budgetgenerate financial and accounting reports and analysis.
-          Essential- Skilled in using computerized accounting software (Telly, Wings, Quicken or similar) / MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint software.
-          Strong interpersonal relations, communication and team-work skills.

The Maximum Professional fee will be INR 50,000 per month (depending on experience and qualification) and additional support costs for travel, communications, insurance and contingencies.
