Had Reliance BB connection at Home Wired, nice Speed etc etc but once down will face hell
call customer care, raise a complaint, will take two days to get it restored, but this time it was a serious issue service was down and could not get it restored then went for termination.
It is taking more than a month to give the accessories back to em got a termination mail but no advance refund but a bill to pay wrote to em for write off which i got but then a bill for recurring charges has been sent.. written em for waive off on this too but waiting for final
Smooth going is going but annoying once it has issues.................
Will be going for Tata Photon + modem with Rs.450 wala plan upto 3.1 MBPS speed usage upto 2gb and capping @ Rs.1250-----
